Automotive headlight LED bi-xenon projectors typically use high-definition glass with high light transmittance and high-temperature resistance. These high-definition glass materials ensure that the LED light source can penetrate the lens as much as possible and withstand high-temperature environments to prevent deformation or damage during prolonged use.

For one pcs clear glass, the price is not expensive in China, only about 1-2usd. But if you want to do a special glass then you need to design a new mold with a price of about 2000USD.

2. Lens holder usually made of high-temperature resistant material. And this bracket is usually manufactured by injection molding. The price of the product itself is not high. The price of the bracket depends on the quality of the plastic particles selected. The price of good plastic particles is generally 1500 USD per ton. However, the injection molds used to produce such brackets are generally expensive about 3000USD per set.
