Open the OEM butyl-sealed housing carefully; the supplied reference states that an oven is not required.
Transfer the OEM Retaining Clips
Move the original retaining clips from the OEM projector carrier to the new bracket.
Create Rear-Housing Clearance
Heat the highlighted area and press it rearward, then confirm the finished shape.
Front-Mount the Projector
Install the compatible projector directly from the front of the bracket.
Connect and Mount the Dummy Load
Connect both OEM projector wires without polarity and secure the correct dummy load to metal for cooling.
Install, Test and Complete
Fit the bracket assembly into the rear housing, test the lamp and reseal the front cover.
