3.0" Multi-Lens
Bi-LED Projector Series
The Royalin ZX Series is a 3.0-inch multi-lens Bi-LED projector platform for professional headlight retrofit applications, available in round and square designs with 3-, 4- and 5-lens configurations.
A New Multi-Lens Optical Platform
The ZX series integrates multiple direct-light optical modules into a 3.0-inch Bi-LED projector platform, creating a distinctive appearance and expanded design possibilities for professional headlight retrofit applications.
What is a multi-lens Bi-LED projector?
A multi-lens Bi-LED projector combines the main low-beam optical system with additional direct-light modules in one projector assembly. In the ZX Series, different lens counts mainly change the optical layout and appearance rather than representing simple brightness levels.

- 1 × 5050 high-beam module
- 60W Low / 85W High Beam
4-Lens
- 2 × 3570 6-core low-beam LEDs
- 2 × 5050 high-beam modules
- 60W Low / 90W High Beam
5-Lens
- 2 × 3570 6-core low-beam LEDs
- 3 × 5050 high-beam modules
- 60W Low / 90W High Beam
Round vs Square Bi-LED Projectors
Choose by Style and Fitment
Round Lens · 106 × 104 × 79 mm
- Classic round optical appearance
- Same basic housing size for current 3 / 4 / 5-Lens versions
- Suitable for many headlight designs
Square Lens · 106 × 104 × 69 mm
- Modern geometric appearance
- More compact depth profile
- Same basic housing size for current 3 / 4 / 5-Lens versions
- Suitable for customized headlight builds
H7 Retrofit Option for Compatible Headlights
An optional H7 mounting base is available for compatible H7 headlight applications to simplify installation and reduce modification work.
Simplified Installation
Designed for compatible H7 mounting positions.
Less Modification
Helps reduce cutting, drilling or custom fabrication in suitable applications.
Optional Accessory Kit

Shared Beam Concept Across the ZX Platform
Current ZX configurations share a similar beam design concept. Lens count mainly changes the optical module arrangement rather than creating separate beam-pattern categories.
Actual beam performance may vary based on testing conditions, vehicle headlight structure and installation.
Proven in Real Headlight Retrofit Projects
The ZX series is new, but Royalin's projector matching and retrofit experience comes from real headlight projects across multiple vehicle platforms.
