Before ordering projector retrofit parts for a 2016–2020 Toyota Land Cruiser, check the original high-beam configuration. The headlight version affects the bracket and installation approach.
The 2022 LC300 high-spec headlight uses a specific three-projector carrier matched to its rear adjusters, mounting points and internal clearance. Here is why that matters.
The 2022 LC300 mid/low-spec headlight supports two documented matrix layouts: five Bi-LED projectors or a 3+2 arrangement with independent high beams.
The 2024–2025 Prado LC250 round headlamp needs its own retrofit approach, with side-specific brackets, rear-housing clearance work and DRL trim preparation.
The 2024 Prado LC250 high-spec square headlight uses a three-projector matrix layout with retained adaptive components and a short-tail outer projector for clearance.
The 2024 Prado LC250 LED reflector-bowl headlight can be converted to a four-projector matrix layout using a dedicated carrier, base plates and controlled internal preparation.
The 2018–2019 Toyota Prado LED low-beam retrofit keeps the original reflector bowl, decorative shroud and leveling motor. Here is why that matters for fitment and final assembly.
The 2014–2016 Toyota Prado headlight can follow two documented retrofit paths: a low-beam projector upgrade or a combined four-projector setup using an additional high-beam kit.
The 2024–2025 LC71 and LC79 high-spec round headlamp has been documented with two very different retrofit architectures. Here is how the matrix and short-tail projector setups differ.
The 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 high-spec and mid/low-spec headlights use different internal structures, projector layouts and mounting systems. Here is what changes between them.
A 2024 Prado LC250 does not automatically use one headlight retrofit solution. Compare the reflector-bowl, high-spec square and round-headlamp configurations before ordering parts.
Toyota Land Cruiser headlight retrofits vary widely between the 200 Series, LC300 and LC71/LC79. See how the headlight layout changes the bracket, projector and wiring requirements.
